Production Process

1. Ingredients selection: Choose fresh garlic that is plump, pest-free, and mildew-free.

2 Pretreatment: Cleaning, peeling, and trimming

3. Hot air drying: Bake in hot air at 60℃-80℃ for 6-7 hours

4. Grading and strict selection: After drying, the garlic slices are sieved, color sorted, and tested with a metal detector to ensure the cleanliness and quality of the final product.

5. Packaging
